The form factor of the box can receive substantial amounts of mail as well as small packages. Even with the optional locking gate; small packages and padded envelopes can be easily and securely received. The push and pull operated flag is easy to use and is also made of high-quality steel. A letter clip in front of the optional locking gate holds any outgoing mail so it is easily accessible by the mail carrier even when the mailbox remains locked.
