Never received it

I placed order over two weeks ago, and it was labeled ready to ship the next day. My replacement was just placed in the mail yesterday, 2 full weeks later after my order and will take another 5 days to arrive. This is awful speed of fulfillment, as someone who buys and sells items online
the handling time shouldn't exceed 2-3 days.
